The purpose of the Eastern Region Chapter will be to provide networking, community involvement and educational opportunities for the member base regionally and to act as an agent on behalf of the national association to recruit new members who will help to increase the strength of the global credit union movement by adding focused perspective and energy of credit union volunteers and professionals of African-American and African descent.
Additionally, the Chapter will provide information to and from its national association, AACUC and promote the exchange of ideas and educational programs to its members.
The Eastern Regional Chapter comprises of the following states: Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.
