Human Resources Training: For Managers
This is a four-session overview of human resource issues facing today's managers and leaders. You do not always have the expertise to deal with the many employee relationship issues you face, and yet you will be expected to make decisions that are both effective and legal. This course series will walk you through the hiring process, from performing a skills inventory to conducting the interview; discussing orientation; and covering some issues that arise during the hiring process (such as diversity issues, compensation, and discipline).
New Manager School
Supervising others requires excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. Great managers are excellent leaders, delegators, and mentors. Dealing with the many problems a new manager encounters isn't easy, but it doesn't have to lead to discouragement.
This course series will equip you with the skills and resources you need to be successful whether you are managing peers or a new functional area. Position yourself to be effective and make a positive impact on your new leadership journey.
DevelopME Rising Professional
The DevelopME course series is designed to provide rising professionals a catalyst for growth by equipping them with a peer network and learning experiences that will help them achieve their aspirations as well as refresh or build new capabilities, mindsets, and behaviors. The intention is to help strengthen our talent pipeline which helps unlock the organization’s full potential while empowering employees to take the next step on their professional journeys.
