Annual Conference

We are not providing group or public transportation from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel does not offer a shuttle service. However, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis, are readily available at the airport for your convenience.

Parking is available with the following rates:

• Overnight Self-Parking: $22.00 per night
• Day Parking:
  • 0–2 hours: $10.00
  • 2–4 hours: $15.00
  • 4–24 hours: $22.00

We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to make the most of your conference experience. To help maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere, we recommend the following attire throughout the week:

Daytime General Sessions, Breakout Sessions & Receptions
Business attire is encouraged. Suits, blazers, dress slacks or skirts, collared shirts, blouses, professional dresses, and dress shoes are all appropriate. Ties are optional.

Community, Evening & Late-Night Events
For events such as the Community Impact Project, Karaoke at the Avalon, and Late Night with Kevin, business casual is recommended. Comfortable yet polished attire, such as slacks, khakis, casual dresses, blouses, or button-down shirts, is perfect.

This signature event is an opportunity to celebrate in style. Cocktail attire or business formal attire is recommended.

Casual Attire
To help maintain the professional tone of the conference, we ask attendees to avoid wearing jeans, t-shirts, shorts, athletic wear, or sneakers during official conference events.

Yes! Complimentary shuttle service will be available throughout the conference for attendees staying at our overflow hotels:

• Hilton Alpharetta Atlanta
• Home2 Suites
• Courtyard by Marriott

Shuttles will operate between the overflow hotels and The Hotel at Avalon, with service scheduled around conference activities, meals, networking events, and evening programs. On-demand service will also be available during select times.

Please note: Golf Outing transportation to The Golf Club of Georgia departs only from The Hotel at Avalon. If you are staying at an overflow hotel and participating in the Golf Outing, please use the shuttle to travel to the Hotel at Avalon before the scheduled golf departure.
