BoardReady Training
A Leadership Development Program that Prepares Rising Professionals To be Candidates for Serving on a Nonprofit Board in their Communities
We are excited to announce a new leadership development opportunity for those interested in serving as a board member of a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our BoardReady Training Series is designed to help enhance leadership skills and prepare you to serve with impact on non-profit boards within your community.
BoardReady will take place over the course of eight weeks, and you will learn the roles and responsibilities related to serving on a nonprofit board, including governance, strategic planning, fundraising, crisis communications, marketing, financial management, and legal decision-making. Part of good board stewardship is the ability to raise funds for the 501c3 non-profit organization.
The Spring 2024 cohort will begin on March 21, 2024, through May 9, 2024. Click the Register Today button to see the full schedule. Please note there is a financial commitment of $500 associated with the program.
All eight sessions will take place via ZOOM from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm Eastern Time.
